Consicious Creations Catering

My Husband and I began working with Joshua around 10 weeks ago. Our
original goal was to find a fast efficient way to receive healthy pre-planned
dinners. What we ended up receiving was a nightly gourmet treat. Joshua
spent detailed time with us learning our tastes, our favorite dishes, general
likes and dislikes to build a menu we were thrilled with. The best part in
working with Joshua is that he has had quite a bit of International influences
so our menus are the equivalent of having our passport stamped in Indonesia,
Thailand, Brazil, or China. Last but not least, Joshua uses the freshest organic
ingredients, working with local farms when possible and utilizes sustainable
practices in packaging and preparation. Our initial goal of quick healthy meals
has been more than achieved. We can not say enough about Joshua and his
culinary skills. It has been a true delight working with him.

Being a busy professional, that is conscious of quality food, diet and
nutrition, the personal chef package meal program has been a wonderful
experience for my husband and myself. The food is delightful. Joshua has a
way of taking well known items and add ingredients that are imaginative, rich
and healthy together to create a new and fresh taste. Just knowing that
we can have quality healthy, gourmet meals without the time of shopping
